No Customer Service - dropped call after 25 min hold
understandably you are very busy, i have had 2 calls to your offices, 15 minutes and now over 25 minutes, just for the consultant to end the call without assisting me, extremely unprofessional. all i want to do is find out when my upgrade is going to be delivered, but obviously you do not need my return custom if this is the attitude or level of service i can expect from you going forward
