No customer service at all
<p>Upgraded my phone on 15/12/16.There was a promotion running where you get</p> <p>10 gb data for free.After numerious calls and promises it seems that nobody at vodocom know how to load the gb's on my phone.Spoke to 3 x consultants today and still I don,t have a satisfactory answer.I am am at my wits end.</p>
