No customer service

I don’t understand why do I always have to fight Vodacom everytime when it comes to giving a simple customer service. It never comes easy with them it’s been over a month since I’ve been calling Vodacom asking for assistance regarding the WiFi we pay every month without a doubt. All Vodacom consultants are so useless they’ll keep telling you they don’t know why my request haven’t been issued yet like if you don’t know then who’s suppose to know exactly? Vodacom please do better and help me with this request that’s been going on for over a month now. I need internet connection that I pay for you can’t keep on inconveniencing my household like this!
