No customer service

Vodacom has no after sales service and useless customer service. After being sent the incorrect device mistake on vodacoms side recollection of said device took 2 weeks, since device was collected i havent heard from vodacom as yet i need the correct device since my contract have now already been upgraded for 3 weeks and still have not received correct device. After reporting on hello peter the send automated reply and follow up via phone and nothing after that call. I will keep posting a review everyday untill this is resolved
