No customer service!!
<p>On the 17th of November at 8am I phoned Vodacom to request a copy of my contract. I was advised to call their accounts department which I did and the lady (cannot recall her name) assured me that I will have a copy e-mailed to me within 48 hours. Well it's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting!!!</p>
