No Customer Service

Took a new contract, Vodacom sent me the wrong phone, phone was returned and they confirm receiving it back. Ever since, Vodacom has been charging me for that contract, which I don't have. I am canceling all the other contracts I have with Vodacom once they repaid what they owe me. See the log of me trying to get help from Vodacom below. I even received 2 emails promising that they would resolve it. What a joke. Soon they will loose all their old and loyal customers, because I am certain many others aren't getting any service from them either.

I have made more then 20 calls since September, spoken to more the 20 people. Received mails that the problem will be fixed. Every person I spoke to promised the issue is or will be resolved.

· I am posting below what the problem is.

· I am posting this exact same mail on Hello Peter since up until now I spend so much money and time and Vodacom has been of no help!

Problem: I have 4 contracts with Vodacom for my kids which totals R488 per month, I took a new contract in September but received the wrong phone. Vodacom collected the phone, it reflects as back in their store. Since then, Vodacom has been charging me for this phone or contract that I don’t have. Vodacom now owes me in exes of R1200. After speaking to so many people at Vodacom, and getting promises every time that I will be refunded, yet nothing has been resolved. I have now cancelled the Vodacom debit order. I will also be cancelling all the contracts I have with Vodacom, once Vodacom has repaid the money they owe me.

1. 22/09/2016 Time: 08:42 Spoke to Thembi Nkosi on ********** who promised the problem would be resolved and confirmed that the device was returned on the 5th of September 2016 and I would get refunded.

2. 11/10/2016 Time: 07:54 Spoke to Mr Kumalo on 1958 (Nomi ********** ). Thsi while Vodacom owes me money, deducting money for a contract I don't have and they acknoldge this fact! What mus I do next, go to radio 702???? Mailed their customer sercie again now, see below. If not resolved radio 702 is my next stop.
To Whom it may concern,
Nobody has contacted me resolve this issue. Vodacom owes me money. I now want to cancel two contracts for my kids that has come to end, and they just informed me that I can’t. Because the accounts are in arrears, while Vodacom owes me money?
The two numbers I want to cancel now: 076 ********** and 076 ********** . And I want them cancelled, they are not in arrears! Vodacom owes me money….
Where to next, take legal action against Vodacom? Post this on Hellopeter also?
Is there anyone in Vodacom that can sort out their own mess?
Philip
