No customer service

<p>today i called Vodacom in Cavendish as my Laptop charger is faulty. I have a contract with them. I asked the guy on the phone if he could give me Dell's contact number because he said that I needed to call them about the Charger. when i asked for the contact number a female in the back said " She must look on the box. Jire this clients ne" in an irritated tone as though she is doing me a favour. i did tell the guy i spoke to that i heard what she said, he was just quiet. if someone is not happy to help a client i suggest they get out of the customer service industry. this is why loyal clients would change networks.</p>
