no customer service

I bought a brand new cat phone from vodacom in east rand mall. Bought this phone on the 15/08/2015 had it till the 09/09/2015 gave it in on the 10/09/2015 because it did not want to pick up any finger movement still up todate I did not received my phone back its in for repair till now. Donovan was suppose to phone me and give me a update on the phone but up to now I was the person who phone to get a update. They said Im gonna have my phone today but again nothing. I went to your branch I paid for the phone in cash and you had no problem in taking my money but surely you have a problem to give it back. And your lady carlie but the phone down in my ear this was not my problem that your guys that work for you is new he told me that I can have my phone today then when I phone for my phone she tells me to go and fetch it at east gate I did not give it in at east gate I gave the phone to you in east rand mall in boksburg. Worse customer service ever and will tell more people than you can think of will rather buy a phone at MTN or Cell C.
