No customer service

The most useless company ever if been struggling for over a month to get a settlement letter from them and it's phone this number and phone that number were transferring you call to this department and that department but no success and if you eventually get hold of the departments they drop the phone how's that for customer service it's fighting a losing battle

I still haven't received any service in regard to my matter it is just a hopeless case I do not understand how they conduct business if the can't help customers
