No customer satisification

Dear Vodacom. Ive been having issues with all your departments. Im a contract user, who has no joy in regards to your serivce. Firstly everytime i call in your call centre i dont get assisted with fully satsification. My phone got dmaged and wa sadvised it wil get fixed, as im under warranty. I go t the store and im advised there's warranty on my phoe, which is less than a year. When i took the contract i added insurance, but cliaming is an issue. Ive been advised my number has been blocked, its just endless stores after the next. Im dissatsified with your serivce.
