No customer care whatsoever
I bought a Vodafone recently. It's a very nice phone for the money, but mine started having issues with buttons not responding and certain functions failing. So seeing as I bought it less than 7 days ago I got worried that it was not a very good phone (if it's causing problems within the first 7 days. So off I go to Bayside Vodacom slip in hand only to be treated like an idiot. First I'm told it's not an out of box failure and so I can't return it for a more expensive phone. EVEN IN THE 7 DAY PERIOD. Then I get shown the document that deals with OBF. Which reminds me I never got given a copy of the documentation I signed. And then the phone acts up again in front of Jonathan and his manager and these two then want to talk to me like I don't know how to operate a phone. Newsflash! It's not my first phone and it's not my first touchscreen neither. Point is Vodacom Bayside only cares when they take your money, but as soon as the deal is done, they stop. Never again, Bayside
