No customer care service

Hi This is now my second review on Hello Peter about Vodacom I got a response back on my first review from Vodacom saying a consultant will contact me immediately.. It's now been a month and I am still waiting for that consultant to contact me.

This is such poor service!! and as a customer of many years with private and businesses accounts with Vodacom I don't feel they care about their customer care towards me.

I am still paying for a I Phone on Vodacom contract that's not working properly.

This is unacceptable!!
