NO CUSTOMAR SERVICE OR HELP!!!

This is really shocking!!!After almost a month and still my issue is not sorted.I have spoken to how many people of vodacom in different apartments and everytime no one can help me or is coming back to me.But pay we must pay and i am paying hell of alot per month for my contracts.And everytime they just say they dont know they will phone back and never do.And everytime they are closing tickets without even speaking to me.Really Vodacom you have NO CuSTOMAR SERVICE!!!And still my internet is not sorted out!!!If you can keep away from Vodacom people!!!
