No coverage from Vodacom

I have no vodacom coverage where I live in Benoni and have tried to cancel my contract on those grounds but to no avail. I have not been able to call Vodacom successfully as they are forever transferring my call to another dept and I end up with having to do a survey! No help whatsoever. They also have the audacity to tell me if I do cancel my contract I will have to pay the remainder of the contract price for a year!
