No coverage

would like to express my hurt and my disappointment caused by vodacom. I have been using my vodacom number for over 20years, yesterday was my birthday and my family and friends couldn't get hold of me on my mobile number due to Vodacom lacking to provide coverage in my area Lebotloane in North West. Vodacom turned my special day into a very sad day because I am used to celebrating my birthday with family and friends communicating via our mobile phones but that couldn't happen due to your poor service of coverage in my area. I am very hurt and disappointed
