No coverage

We have just moved to a new suburb in Port Elizabeth and have found that the coverage of the Vodacom network seems to completely miss the area, both my wife and myself are on \edge"predominantly and sometime experience virtually no network available! The area is Pinelands and is directly over the road from Lorraine which is one of the largest suburbs in Port Elizabeth and I can not believe how weak/non existent the signal is...is this the service we will be getting for one of the largest networks in SA?"""
