NO CONTACT NUMBERS OR ADDRESS ON REPLY EMAIL - LEGAL TEAM

I have been trying to sort out a debit order that was processed after the date of liquidation iro a company where our office has been appointed as liquidators. I received one reply saying that they are unable to pay. No contact telephone number of physical address by the Corporate Accounts Team is on their email. I have tried via the call center, and have been given 3 different numbers but nobody can refer me to the legal team, or furnish me with their address.
