No Contact, No callback , struggling to reach Vodacom

<p>i have been trying to call vodacom for 2 months now, i work in a call centre as well and cannot forever be holding on a call, there are no email addresses to contact them , no chat option anymore and when you request a call back you are ignored and no one calls you back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to confirm my contracts upgrade or end date and i dont get time to go into stores during the week.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is up with these mobile comapnies tho, i am forever struggling with them if its not Cell C then its Vodacom ... can we not get some proper service ???????????????</p>
