No concern with ***** and easy of highjacking an account

<p>So I get a message that my 3G account is R 6 300, and they suspect "unusual" activity, only at R 6 300 (more than a year's worth of usagse) do they suspect something. Tried to phone them, they only care about ***** during office hours. And nobody can tell me what is going on, how convenient, nice big sale for them. Coincidently I had a warning about an attempted sim swap 2 days ago, I was told that it was unsuccessfull, seems it wasn't. Seems a SIM swop is an easy way to highjack someone's account and buy yourself some Premium services. I demand to see supportinhg documentation for this SIM swap, or does that not apply when you have a buddy at Vodacom?</p>
