No Communication/Responses

I have been having a problem with my Vodacom account number for quite sometime now, I tried writing to you but I was **** to that you have responded to my query but up to date I haven't received any response from you.

firstly you handed me over without communication and close my number. secondly you are lying that you have responded to my email and there's no email communicating the way forward to resolve this matter

how must one communicate with you to receive a response?
