No communication when data bundle used up

I was very disappointed when I ran up a bill of R800 in a day on data usage because Vodacom's systems don't warn you in any way that you have used up your existing data bundle. I logged a call to ask what happened to this on December 30th. They said the call would only be allocated to technical staff after the 2nd of January. Now a week later I call them because there is no communication from them just to be informed that the due date for that fix is the 12th of February. That's INSANE. A month and a half to look into an issue and no communication from them. That's is a shockingly bad level of service. I'm going to find out how I can move my contract away. Over 15 years as a client and with high prices and bad service I'm gone. Even the call center staff are useless, they refuse to escalate the issue.
