No communication whatsoever worse service in the world

Does so actually work at vodecom, they keep you on hold for hours probably hoping you won't call them or worse nobody answers the phone after you have tried to call them 20 times. All I want is to get my wifi order delivered so I can work from home but the vodecom can give zero ****s. When they do answers they make empty promises that they will phone you back in 10minutes or end of business day but all fairy tales . There business slogan is lie
