No communication. Terrible service
I’m still waiting for someone to return my call. I’ve logged a query regarding a new contract. I’m being charged for 2 handsets. My contract is for one phone not two. All I received is an sms saying my query has been attended to. No communication, it’s so difficult to get through one of the agents.
