No communication or ref number on my phone

I have booked my phone in for repairs with Vodashop in Standerton on Thursday the 9th July. Since then I haven't received any sms/communication from vodacare as to whether they received the phone or not. Normally when the phone is booked in customers receive reference number to follow up with from vodacare. Now I am in the dark as I am not sure if my phone is with vodacre or still in Standerton with vodashop. This is really bad service and it is frustrating as I do not know who to call to follow up on my phone. This service is really low standard and unprofessional
