No communication from Vodacom poor service

<p>Took a tablet in for repairs still under warranty Vodacom has not kept me up to date with whats happening . My phone was not repaired and I still have yet to be contacted by any management about my problem I have phone and ask for help but my issue fell on deaf ears is this how Vodacom treats customers that we as customers mean so little to the company is out money only good enough when neeeded</p>
