No communication/Bad service from Repairs
I currently have Vodacom insurance on my iPhone and when i broke it on the 14th of Novemeber, I sent it in for repairs (job number ***5). i was advised at Clearwater that i couldnt continue using my cellphone number because those are the insurance rules and i was also advised that it would take 21 working days to repair my phone.

I was emailed on the 18th of November to fill out a Vodacom insurance form again which I sent back the same day and now on day 20 i called to ask the status of my phone and they have said it was sent back to Clearwater and it was NOT repaired due to turn around times being exceeded. I did not receive any communication regarding this or why my phone was not repaired. I did not receive any other forms to complete to warrant this and they are now saying i did not accept the quote for the repair of some R2400 when i have their insurance cover never mind the fact that i did not even receive the quote.

Imagine my dismay at being told it will have to be sent back with the same 21 day TAT.

I have been with Vodacom since i got my first cellphone at 15 and sad to say 12 years later i am extremely disappointed by their service and lack of communication.
