No communication

Can someone please contact me urgently. I spoke to dudzile dlamini from your collections department earlier and my question was very straightforward i just needed to know why i was never informed about a double debit going off and informed in advanced of my account being in arrears? I only found out yesterday morning about this?

I did not appreciate your consultant being rude and putting the phone down in my ear after I requested to speak with a manager.

Furthermore I explained to her I don’t need to know the ins and outs of your billing department I just need to know why i wasn’t informed about this and why did i only found yesterday and today about it?
