No Communication

My phone fell last week, and i send it in on the 27/1/2016 for repair. Since then no response from Vodacom.<br> I have called on the 29/1/2016 the vodacom repair centre and the told me it was not yet been send to them.<br> tried to call Vodacom Hatfield on the 1st and the phone just keeps on ringing. This is my business phone and i need an repair on the phone urgently and dont know who to call. Job Number ***3
