No communicating s****s with comunication company Vodacom

In September Vodacom had an offer for a business contract that my colleagues took advantage of. I app**** for the special via the Vodacom 4me store at Pavilion, Westville. I sent all the documents that were requested by the agent. The agent then came back to me and requested a letter. I sent the letter as per her request. I called her a week later and she confirmed that she is waiting for the letter. After investigating we found that the mail was delivered but got delivered to her spam mail and she never followed up. A day later she came back to me stating that Vodacom head office is requesting a CK document. I confirmed with her that I am a sole proprietor, contracted annually to company X. this was indicated in the letter that was sent. I was then asked for the CK document of company X , I confirmed with her that it seems that the person asking for these documents does not understand legal entities as company X is a public company. I was then told that they need my bank statement on the business name. Basically my name trading as my name which did not make financial sense as bank charges on a business account is higher that a personal account. I confirmed my tax status and sent her proof of my credit card business spend. This came back as a decline and she called me a day later. I asked her for the details of the person at Vodacom to contact so I could plead my case. I was told there is no number just email correspondence. I then called the store in Bluff which came highly recommended, as i was informed that they were efficient. They submitted my application and got a decline due to the first application been declined. I then called Vodacom and even sent an email to the address provided and I have had no feedback. My concern is I get an email confirming that they are in receipt of the mail but no response. When I called I was promised that my matter will be investigated and I had to keep following up. To date I do not understand what is the difference between my application and my colleagues application. I am completely frustrated with the fact that I get promised to be called back and there is no way to speak to the decision makers besides via email. I was then told I need to reapply after 3 months.
