NO CLIENT SERVICE
Absolutely pathetic service from both Vodacom and Vumatel.
We’ve had WiFi issues since December. Vodacom blames Vumatel, Vumatel closes tickets without contacting us. Now they claim it’s our router leases — but ignore the screenshot showing a request to activate the line on their end.
No ownership, no resolution, just endless blame. Disgraceful service.
