No charger for phone

After applying for a new S6 online and confirming with your agent many times that the phone came with the wireless charger as advertised - the charger was still not delivered.<br> Your agents assured me TWICE before the phone arrived that the charger would DEFINITELY be in the box with the phone but guess what .... no wireless charger!<br> I have sinced phone about 5 times and spoken to many agents who all promise to phone back but nobody does! Customer service is a non-existant entity at Vodacom - this despite me being a R6k a month client!<br>
