No Cellphone Signal - Vodacom

If I could, I would rate Vodacom minus 5. I live in Sasolburg (in the area between Shoprite and the DP de Villiers Stadium), we have zero to none signal. I've been asking from December 2023 that Vodacom erect a new signal tower in our area, as our friends in this area also does not have any signal. The only reply we get is "a third party is working on it". Why can't Vodacom contact the "third party" and ask them to get the job done. Does it really take more than three months to erect a cellphone tower? Vodacom are loosing a lot of business in this area. When will they react to this wake up call and do someting about this loss of signal??? They can even put the tower in my backyard.
