No Cellphone coverage not my problem

terrible terrible terrible, in the area where i live in brackendowns alberton we have had no cell phone coverage for a long time it is effecting my job because no one can get hold of me when i am home i have to get in my car to drive up the street for my phone to work so i phoned vodacom and they said i must get 3 numbers to phone in and complain so they can logg a service call so i do the next step is i must give them an additional 5 numbers so they can investgate so i did then i get told that they are aware of the problem and it has been in there pipeline for quiet some time to attend to the problem but cannot give me a time frame on when this will happen 4 months later did this whole procudure again and bam same story so i asked isnt there a moblie device that they can install in my house to help they said yes for R1500 they can i just dont see how they sell a service to us and now we must pay R1500 to use this service and its not like i live on a farm i stay in alberton where there is signal everywhere expext in our area where there are over 400 odd houses but good chat i think telkom will do it for free lets see VODACOM is *** sleg now and will always be even after being with them for many years time to move on.......
