No cell reception where we stay

On 5 September I went to Vodacom in Tzaneen to report a problem that we have with no cell reception where we stay. The guy behind the counter was not very helpful, he handed me a piece of paper, told me to write my details on the form and said: "Sometimes they come to fetch the form, but I cannot promise anything". The person who filled in the form before me wrote that they have been waiting since December 2016 to be assisted with the same problem. I really don't care about the staff wanting to help or not, in SA it is nothing new. I want to report our problem and I am giving Vodacom one month's notice to either fix the issue or cancel my contract as well as my husband's. We have 2 contracts and 2 pay as you go phones, none of them work on the farm. Please make a plan so we can use our cell phones at home, because staying on a farm with no cell reception is not safe.
