No Call Sponsor Service

I am honestly fedup with the Services from Vodacom and no assistance or attempting proper Sollutions, i have been trying to get someone to aasist me to add Sponsor number to my already activated Call Sponser Service with no avail, some agents working for Vodacom has never even heard of this service, each time i call the ********** 0 number to try and add my wifes number, there is firstly no option to do so, instead the system directs me to a customer service agent, who also does not know what to do, instead logs service requests, someone calls me back and advises me to apply for Hybrid sim card so that my 2 pre paid numbers can be loaded onto the new system, to enable call sponser to work. Vodacom keeps declining me for a simple cheap top up package for my wife, but still they insist that i get a cheap package to accommodate my pre paid numbers for call sponsor, i need call sponsor for my wife and child 24/7 incase of an emergency, still this service is not working and vodacom sits and twiggles fingers, this service is supposed to be working, and your staff needs to have product experience to know what VAS Vodacom provides to their customers, yet this is not the case and the so called engineers cant fix a simple problem like this ? Calls from Vodacom to assist me has just stopped, point blank ! Vodacom i need this service to be available to me and / or a Proper sollution, this is honestly now going on for too long and no one actually seem to be bothered !
