NO CALL BACK YET

I can't keep begging you to give me a call back. I have made an enquiry online for a phone, received an acknowledgement and that I will be contacted within 24 hours and if i don't get call back I can call a number they provided. I tried calling that number that it gets answered but that's about it no way forward. I can keep making an application cause that is going to affect my credit score please call me back
