No call back nothing

My late mom took a life a cover for me and my sister, I’ve been trying to process the claim but those people are irresponsibly they will promise to call you but never call you back, I’ve submitted everything it’s been a month trying to do this but no luck no one takes the responsibility to call back, I’m gonna make noise until something happens
