No call back from IT Department

<p>On Friday 3/2/2017 I made 2 x phonacalls to 082111 and after receiving 2 x disturbing sms I made another phonecall opn 4/2 17 @ 20:19 where the persons assisting me were very helpful. As they were unable to resolve my issue on my last my last call, my query would be escalated to the IT Dept and I was told I would receive a reference number via sms with reference to this escalation. Today is Thurday, I have yet to receive an sms or a phonecall and my issue has not been resolved. Kindly advice.</p>
