No business needed?

I went to the Vodacom branch in Cape Gate with all my paper work to take out a new contact with them. We then went threw my options and settled on two phones Hauwei P7 and Sony m2 aqua.The woman who helped me said it would take about a week for stock to arrive. One week later I was contacted and said that they had the M2 aqua and I said that I had finally decided on the Hauwei and they said that they would contact me when they had stock. I have now phoned and went into the shop at least once a week and receiving the same answer every time that nobody can tell me anything and no one ever phones me back! I have been waiting almost 2 MONTHES NOW !!!! When i phoned this morning i was told the same story again. Why is everyone getting there phones and I have to waist my time and money on something that shouldn't be difficult at a l? Do you guys not want or need anymore clients if so you are really doing a good job at it. Nadia Kowalewski
