No Black Friday deals for business clients

I have a VC business line that is due for upgrade, and have been looking at current contracts in order to upgrade. On Friday the 23rd of November I clicked on a VC ad to view the Black Friday deals. I noticed a deal for a Nokia at R165pm, and had a chat with an online agent. They recommended that I contact VC Business for the contract application. Business indicated that they could not process the deal, and said that I should contact Online. After having waited for 25 minutes, the agent wanted to transfer me back to Business. I asked to speak to a manager, and was transferred to another agent. She indicated that the Black Friday specials were not even available to Business clients.

Could VC not have put, in large red letters that the Black Friday deals are not available to Business Clients?

Does Business not know this?

If Business transfers a client to online, should online not know that it's not helpful to try to transfer a client back to Business?

I'm highly disgusted with this total don't care attitude and lack of service.
