No Azoomee voucher
Went online to do application. Application done, phone delivered. In package is meant to be an Azoomee Voucher. But no voucher, or code received. Called ***4....referred to ***.....referred to 082135. So my question is....where is the voucher? I am led to believe a voucher code will be sent via sms but nothing received. I have tried calling and spend along time on hold with the same answers time after time. So how do I get the voucher?

15 May 2020, 13:40Just received a call from "unknown" number. It was a lady verifying the phone was delivered and would I like insurance? On querying the Azoomee voucher she says I must go instore to get the voucher?? Is this true? What is the point then of doing an online transaction? On level 4 around Centurion, which of your shops are open? Why would it be necessary to now go instore for something that should have been sent via sms or in the package? Surely since the phone has been activated, the voucher number can be sent to me via sms?

So if calls were received it would show. The pro rata has not been deducted. The app shows that bill is na. So when will deductio amount happen? Azoomee voucher still remains an elusive myth.

Between online, 135, and other consultants no one can actually state how the voucher number is supp****. Please get online to SMS the voucher number. It was never supp****. Hence never activated.
