No assistance to cancel contract

My contract is expiring at the end off March 2024 after 2years contract just want to cancel it and be finished with it but everytime I try to cancel they want to sell me another contract and the one consultant even told me sorry he can't help because previous consultant put instruction but did not submit so now nobody can do anything.This contract ended about 4years ago and told me the contract will only be a month to month contract and I can cancel anytime that was also not true when I went to vodacom it was a contract for another 2years very disapointed being loyal to them for many years.
