No assistance since February for unauthorised debit order

I was called by Vodacom in January and was advised that I would receive a gift free of charge, little did I know the person called took advantage of me being a pensioner and added a new line on my account with Vodacom, no banking details were confirmed during the call so I assumed that the person was being truthful. However Vodacom debits my account the very same month for R142.71 and had being debiting my account for R417.49 since March. I have requested this issue to be resolved from February via email and have received no assistance. All Vodacom does is state they have escalated my query to the quality department to listen to the call and will get back to me once they have feedback. It had been more than three months and still no feedback and yet my account is debited each month even though I was assured by the agent that the debit for the additional line will be cancelled in April. If I were to cancel the debit order with my bank my existing line will be suspended and Vodacom week list me on the credit bureau as a slow payer. I hope that someone from Vodacom cash do their job and had this resolved.
