No assistance or problem solving with problem

I moved from CellC to Vodacom thinking I would get better service but I almost want to say it is worse.<br> <br> I have no Voicemail on my Vodacom number. I called the call centre with my problem and after continues minutes waiting on the line they followed the same procedure 4 times. I was even cut off at some stage after waiting almost 20min on the line. Still no voicemail. I resorted to twitter with my complaint and had a call from the media relations person. She followed the same procedures as the others..Guess what, still no voicemail. <br> <br> I support Vodacom with a decent phone bill each month and this is how they give support to their customers.<br> <br> Never heard from them again regarding my complaints or problem. I don't know if they can fix my problem but if you think of swopping your network, think twice. Rather the devil you do know then the devil you don't.
