No assistance in blocking ****** phone

<p>My phone got ****** with a vodacom sim card in it. I called vodacom to have the phone blacklisted and get an ITC number which is required when opening a lost phone case at the police station. I was told that the phone could not be blacklisted because the ******* put my sim card on another phone after they slone mine. What nonsense?! Who's fault is that?? They are ******* for God's sake obviously they will do this as quick as possible. Now my phone is gone, vodacom refuses to blacklist the phone and give me an ITC number and I cannot open a case at the police station becasue they need they number. I also cant claim from the insurance without a case number.</p> <p>Are these policies for the customers or are they against us??? Does vodacom protect the customer or the ******* becasue this ridiculous costs me as the customer. How do I claim for my ****** phone from my insurance???</p>
