No assistance from Vodacom on data or airtime transfer

I have close to 8 contracts with Vodacom for years now. The treatment and help from Vodacom is very poor and disappointing. For the past 2 weeks, I have been trying to transfer data or airtime from my contract phone to my other contract phone with no success. I went to customer care in springs mall 2 times and call Vodacom, but no help or no solution on this. I need help on this matter urgently.
