No Assistance at all!

I have been trying to send a contract phone back as I am not happy with the phone. Vodacom told me to email Likeminds which I have done. I have been in contact with Lennon at Likeminds for two weeks now. He keeps telling me the courier will be in contact. No one has contacted me as yet. I cannot for the life of me get anyone to assist me. The number that Vodacom gave me for Likeminds does not exist. I contacted Likeminds off of their Facebook page and was told that the lady could not help me, she could also not give me a number for someone who can assist me, all she can do is ask Lennon to contact me and after his copy/paste responses to my emails, I have no hope of this getting settled.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME!!!!!!
