No assistance at all

I m not sure how to put this but you need to train your staff on the listening skill , I called now and i spoke to Sellina whom i advise that i m having problems to download Whats app on my phone , instead of going thru my setting or assisting with possibilities shes giving me 1 option to go to the Vodacom store .Shes does not not how to assist at all
