no assistance

I reported the matter on 03 February and Vodacom only contacted me and indicated that i will get assistance soon am still waiting for their call or assistance. they just give lip service with no assistance.<br> Vodacom this matter is long overdue I submitted all the required documents but still you take years to resolve the matter. But this ********* was able to open an account without any hassles in few minutes but you take ages to resolve you customers complains
