No assistance

I have been having a problem with my vodamail account, i have logged several request with them but they dont even bother to call. i haye yhis *** network, its a pity i have advertised my business with their email address. today i called and i spoke to the lady claimed to be the supervisor, by the name of Sixolise, she refused to let me speak to whoever is responsible. now i really think i should port out from this company. for good this time. i need someone to call me immediately
